My inspiration for getting WedgeTalk re-launched
« on: March 27, 2010, 10:38:44 PM »
Last week I was playing golf in Atlanta at The Georgan Club.

On the 18th hole, I left a wedge in the cart, and borrowed one from a guy I was playing with so I could chip up on the green.

He hands me a 56° Burrows MAC TourBounce.

I look at it...say "WTF is this?" to myself...and put it with 11" of the cup from about 45y.

It's a cheap-o wedge...but I loved the feel. So I thought to myself..."Self, you need to get WT working again so you can learn more about this thing."

LOL, My dad had their driver, it was actually a really good driver, still have 2 of them. It has a very traditional look and its about 400CC.

I he still has one of the wedges in his basement.
